"Whilst we’d previously stayed at the Sheraton Skyline Heathrow, this was our first stay at the Sheraton Hotel Heathrow. All round, it was probably the best value for money, Heathrow hotel we’ve stayed in at. From the friendly staff at check in, who were polite, helpful and quick. Our room was a nice size, very clean and with a comfortable bed. We ate in the hotels Flat Iron Grill. The meal was lovely, a great menu and was very reasonable. Very polite and attentive restaurant staff, who provided first class service. I used the 24 hr gym. It’s a good size, clean and well equipped With a range of CV machines, weight machines, dumbbells and floor space etc. The Sheraton Hotel Heathrow is easy to get to and a stone’s throw from Terminal 5. I would highly recommend the hotel and wil definitely use it again."

"Good location for overnight stay before flying, just a short bus ride to the airport. Breakfast was excellent varied and hot. £15 overnight parking charge not included in booking! Long queues for lifts"

"Very clean. Soundproofing was excellent given the location. Check-in and check-out was painless. All the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly. One minor gripe would be the lack of USB charging points in our room."

"THe breakfast selection was excellent. A to-go cup for the coffee would have been nice. THere may have been one but I did not see one. Communication about the shuttle was excellent"
