Stunning duplex, great view, pool, direct access to the ski slopes

Marvel at this spacious, luxurious, 120-m² duplex that can accommodate up to 10 people, which is located on the very last floor of a quiet apartment building by the ski slopes. You can enjoy the large, heated swimming pool in the apartment building, as well as the sauna and hammam after a day of skiing on the slopes of Paradiski, one of the best skiing areas in all of Europe. You can also admire a lovely sunset by the fireplace. The apartment is located in the Roseland apartment building in Arc 1800, a 5-min walk from all activities (100 m from ESF, and 200 m from the resort centre). The apartment building has an ideal location with direct access to the ski slopes, from which you can depart. It is close to the golf course, tennis, and zip line for great summer holidays. It is a great place for a good time with family or friends. The apartment consists of a large living room and a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, ceramic hobs, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette set, and toaster. It also boasts a spacious dining room, as well as a lounge with a large fireplace (wood provided). The terrace offers an incredible view in order to watch the sunset and Mont Blanc. The apartment also has 5 bedrooms (10 sleeping arrangements), 3 of which have their own shower room, 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, and a relaxing area on the mezzanine. It also features an all-equipped laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment offers a large HD flat screen TV with a DVD player, Wi-Fi, iPhone Bower & Wilkins dock station, game console, and board games for relaxing evenings. The apartment will be completely renovated in September and October 2016 by an interior decorator in order to offer a more contemporary ambience, all the while keeping the mountain spirit. Furthermore, there are 2 roofed car parks, as well as 2 ski lockers. To guarantee maximum comfort, we have our real estate agency on site with efficient professionals who take care of the apartment: sheets are provided, final cleaning is included, and the beds are made upon arrival. Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement qui est superbe et correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions. Nous avons par ailleurs beaucoup apprécié la qualité des équipements, le fait que les lits soient fait à l'arrivée, le grand espace de vie et la vue magnifique. Beautiful apartment - great holiday

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It is well equipped and was very clean. The bathrobes included for all guests was a really nice touch. The views are spectacular and very easy access to the slopes - we were able to ski in/ski out during our week - although this may be trickier towards the end of the season when there is less snow. It is only a short walk down the hill to the shops/bars/restaurants in Charvet. The swimming pool was a real bonus, the children in our party loved being able to relax and swim after a day skiing. The hosts, Helene and Sebastien, were very responsive both with queries about the resort before we arrived, and during our stay. I would definitely stay again if we return to Les Arcs.

Just perfect !

Appartement confortable et très bien décoré avec une vue superbe. Le plus : l'apéritif sur la terrasse devant le soleil couchant, après avoir profité de la piscine et d'une belle journée de ski. Propriétaire très réactif. Nous reviendrons !

Séjour merveilleux

L’appartement est très cosy avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes! Rien ne manque, on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi : la cuisine très bien équipée, la literie très confortable et il y a plusieurs salles de bain. La vue est à couper le souffle ! Nos enfants ont apprécié la piscine de la résidence et la localisation est top ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une station très animée. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nice place to stay with an awesome view

Overal a nice place to stay and to enjoy, however, the spaces on the photo's looked better and larger than real. The second floor is pretty cramped, not really suited for people above 1m80.

Really nice apartment

We stayed here as two families, both with young children. Everyone enjoyed the apartment and it’s size. Very useful to have the swimming pool to keep the smallest people entertained. Very handy to have two allocated undercover parking spaces, meant we didn’t have to dig out our cars. We would all definitely return.

Awesome

The apartment is fabulous, spacious for 10, modern, high quality and the balcony and its view are to die for. The pool, sauna n steam are an added bonus as are the bath robes n fluffy towels. Sébastien was super quick to answer and it was all very much worth the extra couple of hundred pounds that this apartment cost. We went mountain biking in the summer and the trails are ace but the resort has so much else to offer. Will come back!

Super appartement !

Appartement très confortable avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes! Rien ne manque, aussi on se sent tout de suite comme chez soi : cuisine très bien équipée, literie très confortable, plusieurs salles de bain...etc. Nos adolescents ont apprécié la piscine de la résidence. April Spring Skiing

We drove from the Uk to stay in early April and was very impressed with the apartment, everything you need for a wonderful stay. Plenty of space and easy access to the slopes, views are stunning so much so we stayed in most nights to make use of the fantastic balcony and enjoy warm spring sun. Kids loved the Spar and Pool and made use of it most evenings, communication with Sebastien was excellent and he responded to any questions we had promptly . Would highly recommend this apartment and was perfect for two families. Location was perfect for access to the vast ski areas that you would probably need 2 weeks to fully explore. Highly recommend this appartment.

Très beau duplex aux Arcs 1800m!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans ce duplex très moderne. Nous étions 3 familles composées de 6 adultes et 2 enfants et chaque famille a pu bénéficier de son propre espace en terme d’intimité ce qui est vraiment très appréciable. L’appartement est très bien situé, au dernier étage de la résidence avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes et la vallée. L’appartement est également très bien équipé: beaucoup d’appareils électroménagers dans la cuisine, sèche-cheveux dans les salles de bains, luges/pelles à disposition, lave linge...et beaucoup de jeux/jouets/livres au niveau de la mezzanine (mes enfants de 3 et 5 ans étaient ravis) et une console PS4 appréciée par les plus grands! Le propriétaire est sympathique et très réactif à nos demandes. Un petit mot d’accueil ainsi qu’un cadeau de bienvenue nous attendaient à notre arrivée dans l’appartement. Bref, une très belle semaine aux Arcs 1800m!

Tres confortable a plusieurs couples avec enfants. Tout y est! Dommage de n'avoir pu profiter de la piscine. La vue de l'appart est magnifique et la proximite avec l'ESF super! Petit bemol, sur la propreté de l'appartement a notre arrivée menage tres superficiel! Au final on reviendra!
