  • Welcome to our charming ranch house, located in the picturesque coastal town of Scituate, Massachusetts. This home, lovingly built in the 1960s by my father, offers a peaceful retreat with modern updates and a personal touch. Whether you're planning a quiet getaway or an adventure-packed vacation, this property serves as the perfect base to explore all that Scituate has to offer.

    A Prime Location

    Nestled across the street from a scenic cranberry bog, you'll enjoy stunning sunsets and serene walking paths right at your doorstep. For beach lovers, Scituate boasts five beautiful beaches, all within a 3-5 mile drive:

    Peggotty Beach (closest)

    Minot Beach

    Sand Hills Beach

    Egypt Beach

    Humarock Beach (farthest)


    To park at the beaches, you’ll need a weekly parking sticker, available at the Town Hall for approximately $50. Just bring your rental agreement and car registration. For early birds, limited free parking is available at the back of Peggotty Beach. Alternatively, you can park at St. Mary’s Church or near the lighthouse for a scenic walk to the shore.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If you would like to rent more then 30 days you must be preapproved.
In the winter months the driveway is plowed but the guest will be responsible to shovel the walkway.
Trash needs to be put out front every other Monday night.
