Very clean, loved the water bottle filling station and ice. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Housekeeping was very polite and courteous, if we were still in our room when they were there to clean, they would come back later.

Very helpful staff. Beautiful lobby. Great area (Copley Square). Convenient to bus, trains, tours. Lots of dining nearby. Connected by walkway to 2 malls and the Prudential Center (btw you get free Adult passes to go up the Prudential Center for an amazing 360 degree view of Boston (inside and also outside). Restaurant was good, great staff, good selections and not expensive. Popular bar with lots of tvs (the Boston Red Sox were in the middle of a 15 game win streak when we were there. Would definetly return.

The hotel has been renovated, it looks great & is very clean. The only thing that should be done is to install sliding doors at the 2nd floor elevator lobby that only open with a card key. Even though you can only get onto the elevator with a card key I still saw strange people wandering around. The security guards weren't always there watching that lobby. There are too many people that can access the elevators even through the mall & restaurant area.
