"We stayed in 10 hotels during our trip. The Sonesta was vying for the top spot, only losing out due to the extremely poor service in the internal restaurant the Skull and Keel. I won't go into that now, but it did taint our overall experience. Although our room was small, it needs a special mention for the extremely comfortable bed. The best we had. The hotwl could benefit from an airport shuttle, but hotels do not offer that."

"Had very short stay at citizenM due to late check-in! Hotel had a very boutique style which I liked. Room was both clean and very functional...only complaint was lack of an opener for water bottles. Moreover, it would be helpful if you had parking garage validation."

"This was a wonderful hotel in a great location. Just a few steps away from the freedom trail. The hotel is very upscale. Has a great coffee shop in the bottom and a really good restaurant-Ruka- which I did a DoorDash order from. Free water and snacks in the room and they had a clothes steamer in the wardrobe! The staff were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The front lobby is a great place to hang out as well."
