Club Quarters Hotel Faneuil Hall, Boston
Annalisa was excellent and helpful. The biggest negative about this place is the reliance on Nescafe pods. Very little coffee and even fewer choices. The room is relatively small with the sink outside of the bathroom. However, the hotel is close to Chinatown. Staff were excellent.

Hyatt Regency Boston
Quiet hotel with spacious/clean rooms, easily accessible by public transportation and within walking distance of parks, restaurants and super markets. However, two small bottles of water in the refrigerator were complimentary ONLY for elite members and this *for me* reflects poor customer care. Next ...

Hotel AKA Boston Common
I had a corner room with view over the Common. It was excellent.

Temple Place Suites
The maintenance of the room was very poor: stains, rust, dust, wobbly taps and towel racks, old paint, etc. Cleanliness: stains on carpet, dust everywhere, long hairs on pillows. Upon check in the room was organized, but no deep cleaning was apparent.
