"Clean room, breakfast including, Useful tips about local features especially puffin colony. Also, when we arrived late, the friendly manager offered us the vegetable soup and bread for late dinner which was very appreciated."

"We had a good night here. The room was spacious and the kitchen had enough to cook that night. Beds were comfy. The guesthouse seemed new so it had everything you needed. The shower curtain could be changed more frequently, as it had pink mold on the bottom of it. Since there was no exhaust in the bathroom, if you opened the window while showering, it created a vacuum that made the shower curtain blow onto you and then the nasty bottom of the shower curtain was touching your legs. Other than that, great stay. I will say though that the room gets warm overnight with people in it and no AC and you can't really open the windows for fear of midges coming in - make sure no heat is already on in the summertime when you check in. Plenty of parking for all the guests."

"An affordable gem! It's not a typical hotel with a front desk, but everything was well-organized and communication was good. We were delighted to have access to laundry facilities (only one large washer and one large dryer, so they were in constant demand), along with a large, bright, cheery well-equipped communal kitchen - it was great fun mingling with many other international travelers preparing their meals there! Our rooms were roomy, clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy parking, a nice harbor front location just a few blocks from the town center, and a fun little waterfall hike right next door to the guesthouse."

"This was the best place we stayed at during our trip! Beautiful room and surroundings. Enjoyed the hot tub too. Bit of a drive to get there but worth it!"
