Definitely overpriced for what we received.
Rented a king with a view just under $200 per night. Room was very small, an average motel room, recently redone and cute, if you don't look too closely at the shoddy craftsmanship.
Restaurant wasn't open for the season yet, so no food. I'm assuming they would serve breakfast, but I don't know. A continental breakfast option would have been nice for the price and since they weren't serving food.
The ocean view is a bit misleading. It's a view of the marina and marinas only look nice from a distance. You can't really see open ocean.
Early checkout, 10am, felt rushed. Never found the hot tub. An 11am checkout time would have given us time to enjoy it. We both woke up awful sore from the mattress and would have been thankful for it.
Woke up with 3 bug bites on face and back... not sure from where. Wife hadn't received any. No signs of the dreaded bedbugs in my cursory examination. Though I did find a water bottle and other trash from a previous guest behind the side table and under the bed. Just bagged our clothes in plastic and took extra hot showers.
All in all, it wasn't a terrible stay, just not what we expected from a $200/night room. With the limited amenities, it was a $110-120/night experience at best.
