Comfortable space

My family and friends enjoyed staying here! The place is very comfortable and spacious, with a nice outdoor area as well. The host was very responsive. We would definitely return.

Very Nice Home & Area

Lovely house in a nice area. House was lovely with modern appliances in the Kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. We sat outside in the Pergola which was very private.We would stay again if ever in the area. Best wishes Norma

Mini Vacation

We had a great time staying at this home everything was as described in the description of this place we really love that it was nice and quiet and the grocery store was right around the corner as well as the restaurants and gas stations to we definitely recommend 10 out of 10

Great house!

This house was perfect for our event in Perry. It's in a really quiet neighborhood, we felt very safe at this property. Our group was 3 women & 1 small dog attending the event. The cleanliness of this home is great! We always check under beds because of the dog & very clean! I wish that I could give the host higher than 5 stars. The communication both before & during our stay was a 10 of 10 & the host was very receptive to our feedback. We did have an issue with a few light bulbs being out & bed linens that didn't fit the beds well & the need for better quality pillows. The host has sincerely stated that these issues will be remedied quickly. The seating area in the back yard was nice in the evenings. (Directions for turning the gazebo lights off & on would be a nice addition.) The grass is well maintained & weed free which is great when traveling with a small dog. (Host, I forgot to mention to you that there are a few SMALL areas along the fence line to the left as you look out the back door where some gaps in the bottom of the fence could get worse quickly. Don't know if the neighbors have a dog but something to consider.) There were a few other small things that we spoke to the host about that I am not even bothering to bring up because I know they are on it & by the time the next renter comes along all will be done. Our event in Perry occurs every other year as it stands right now & we will bookmark & look for this property in 2026 without hesitation.

Super nice!

This was perfect for the 4 of us. We have family that lives in by Warner Robins and this property was a short drive away. The house was very clean and located in a quite neighborhood. The 2 night stay was a very relaxing and would recommend it!

Beautiful home!

Our stay was effortless! Easy communication and a Beautiful clean home! Definitely recommend this stay in a quiet quaint neighborhood. The host was very thorough and attentive to communication and needs!!! Very much enjoyed it!!!

Good for couples

I think this is a nice place. Mine was a party of two and we found the place sufficiently spacious. The living room was ample and the TV was quite large—it seemed like 60 or 65 inches. The property is located in a very quiet area with very little street traffic. This home had a decent size bath tub—which we used and enjoyed, The kitchen was reasonably equipped—except for the cutting boards, which were nit flat. Overall, this was a good place to stay, and was a good value for the money..

Christmas stay

We stayed at this home while visiting family over Christmas. The home owners decorated the house with a Christmas tree and other festive items which we really appreciated. The house was lovely and clean, and had everything we needed and more. We would definitely rent this house again while visiting family in the area.
