"The bed was the worst hotel bed I have ever slept in. The pillow was hard! hard! hard! The blanket was not soft nor warm. I had to take pillow from the second bed to cover and I keep the AC on 23... it wasn't cold temp. At breakfast there were very few people as I got there around 8am, and I was told all they had ONLY regular bread with the meal - pumpkin bread was finished. And no other options for a Trinidad Breakfast. The rest of the meal was OK. I would never stay there for another night....

"Breakfast was much appreciated. Stair area to go up to room smells very bad like a cesspit smell and or urine. Bar should be open throughout the day."

"The staff was great. The premises needs a severe renovation. Mold in the bathroom, hard to get ice if the kitchen isn't open (even when it is), I could see the mattress through the very thin bed sheets, lots of rust everywhere, difficult to get the TV to work, phone cord was broken (when was the last tome someone was in that room). I felt mislead based on the pictures on Expedia. "
