This spacious apartment for 4-6 people is located upstairs of the house and has a balcony overlooking the sea for the perfect holiday. Facilities With a size of 100 square meters, up to 6 people can find plenty of space in this tastefully furnished accommodation. On two living levels is one bedroom with double bed. In addition, there is a sofa bed and on request a travel cot and a high chair for the smallest guests available. The apartment also has a modern shower room with bath, shower / WC, 2 sinks, bidet, a separate kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave, a large dining table and a living area with comfortable sofas. Here you can watch DVDs or switch on the satellite TV. For a leisurely exploration of the area, bicycles are available for a fee. Special Features Enjoy a bottle of wine upon arrival. Enjoy the sea view from your balcony and spend cozy evenings in front of the fireplace. For our little guests here are already a Kinderreisebettchen incl. Matching mattress and a high chair ready for free use. Other cots and high chairs can be rented for a fee. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two to four people including utilities. Each additional person 15,00 € per night incl. Sheets and towels.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Dear guests, please note that in the main season from 01. 07.-31. 08. gapless bookings are mandatory. You can view the current occupancy calendar at any time. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds & towels for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit Meerblick, der nur leider von Büschen und Bäumen etwas verdeckt wird. Bei dem warmen Wetter war es direkt unterm Dach sehr warm. Leider kann man kaum lüften, aber dafür ausreichend in der Hauptetage. Vor dem Haus ist eine große Rasenfläche zum Parken und eine Hütte für Fahrräder. Zu Fuß ist man in zwei Minuten am kleinen Strand und am großen in ca. 15-20 Minuten, sowie im schönem Zentrum mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Top ferienwohnung

Besser gehts nicht. Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb, abseits vom Trubel. Aber auch zu Fuß erreicht man schnell alles was man brauch. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts außer vielleicht ein paar Fliegengitter am Fenster.

Schön helle geräumige Wohnung mit Meerblick

Geräumige helle geschmackvoll ( leider kommode nur ohne Schubläden) Es fehlte: WLAN, 2 Sonnenliegen auf dem Balkon Das Schlafzimmer im Dach ist nur für kleine Leute zu gebrauchen, da man sich sonst häufig den Kopf stößt
