The staff were so helpful and wonderful, they even provided us with free dinner an authentic Filipino cuisine. The resort has direct access to the beach and if you are an early riser, the sunrise is something you would not want to miss. Excellent place to stay!!
No towel in the room. The ac unit made a very loud sound all night. I can't recommend it. Just left my keys in the morning since no one was available for check out. Beautiful view in the morning though
The “Resort” hadn’t had more than just a couple people stay there over the past 6 months. The pool hadn’t been maintained or cleaned in months, the showers didn’t work, the windows didn’t close, the roof leaked in many places, there was no food at the “Resort”, the rooms were full of ants and smelled moldy.
The staff there are really friendly and nice. The room is really comfortable with clean beds and toilet is really spacious too. Bathing towels are clean too. The dining area outside our room is always kept clean and tidy. But however, wifi is quite laggy at times especially when there are many guests using it.
I'd avoid booking here. It is nothing like the pictures. The room and restroom were dirty and there were stains on the walls. The pool was dirty. They also have no restaurant as advertised. The owner was very disrespectful when I spoke with him over the phone. I do not recommend.
The staff and management did not know we were coming. We are the only guests, bathroom does not have accessories such as toiletries, no option to dine in. We were hooked for 3 nights, we left after one night. We won’t come back to this property again.

Os funcionários são ótimos , muito atenciosos, mas falta estrutura principalmente de tours e locomocao
A very beautiful location, right on oceans edge. The pool was superb. The rooms spacious with direct water views. The staff were very friendly and the testaurant food delicious.I would certainly go back.
Amazing stay! The staff are very friendly and attentive to our needs. The room is very spacious and had a great view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool which has an amazing view also. Would definitely come back here if we visit Oslob again.
Great view of sunrise/moon rise. Amazing ocean views. Access to fishing. Ocean swimming, pool use, with spa/jacuzzi. Staff was very attentive, responsive and proactive. Very pleasant in attitude and conversation. Well kept facility. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are clean and very comfortable. No problem sleeping even had the air off one night to enjoy the ocean waves as they hit the beach. Bring your own internet, signal is very poor. Not the Ritz, but very good stay, you shouldn’t be disappointed. We will use again if we ever get the chance to be back here.

My friend and I stayed at Jaynet on 23-24 May and overall the stay was very pleasant. The Oceanview is very accurate in the hotel name. You only have to look out your room window or walk out the door for a 180 degree view of a beautiful ocean. The staff was excellent and accommodating in every aspect. The other than good was the Air Con window unit which made varies noice throughout the night that interrupted our sleep. The bar area also had a very nice oceanview but the beer selection was limited. The staff advised us of a local restaurant for our evening meal. Breakfast is included in the price of the stay. There were 6 meals to choose from. We requested our breakfast at 6am and at 5;50am a staff member told us our breakfast was prepared. We also requested a Trike ride at 6:30am to the Whaleshark swim area. The staff informed us at 6:20 that the driver was there. The driver took us to the Whale shark swim area, assisted us in the process and drove us back to Jaynet for P1000. I recommend the Jaynet for a short stay. The one night price of P1786 is reasonable for the service.
I think the staff were terrific, very helpful, but to see 4 centipedes crawling out of the bed in the morning did scare the f out of me. I think it’s because the property is too close to the sea but still, I won’t wanna stay there again. Lots of sea flies too
