"I travel to Seattle from California the first week of August 2026. I stay there for a total of six nights very happy with the chores I made the lobby was ridiculously clean smells so divine once you walk in, the breakfast area is clean good breakfast to get by in the morning, the coffee 24 seven the cold ice water in the lobby amazing, the rooms were super clean. They smell so good. The bathrooms were clean. I definitely would stay here again if I visit Seattle… only thing I dislike was neighbors there making a lot of noise, but that’s not the hotel’s fault… 9/10 I would definitely recommend this hotel to Friends and definitely stay here again"

"Hotel staff were cheerful and helpful. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Only issue: main thermostat in room did not control the AC unit underneath the window, and the controls for fan speed and temperature on that by-the-window unit itself were fiddly. We eventually got it to work and to cycle on and off correctly to maintain a comfortable temperature, but I have to drop the review from five stars to four because a room's temperature control should just work well without guesswork."
