This spacious, elegant home is 2 blocks from the new Costco in Meridian. This house is set up to accommodate large groups.
Great location in NW Meridian. Great shopping & dining. House: One bedroom and a half bath are downstairs. The dining table is for 8. There are 2 additional seats at the kitchen counter, as well as an outdoor dining table and chairs. All beds have high-quality memory foam mattresses and pillows. The kitchen and all bathrooms have been completely remodeled with granite and tile. I bought this house in 2022 and have furnished it all new. All 20 guests will sleep on new memory foam mattresses (4 downstairs, up to 16 upstairs). Rates are based on 10 guests, add $20/night/guest up to 20. The additional guest charge applies to the entire duration of your booking, i.e. if you are booked for 5 nights, the additional guest charge applies to 5 nights, even if someone only sleeps there for 3 nights. Please book with your best estimate for headcount - you will have a chance to true up headcount right before travel dates.
The outdoor spaces in this house add a lot of value: there is a dining table, a BBQ for your use, and a firepit with 4 Adirondack chairs. The backyard is fully fenced in so your kids or your puppy can get rid of their excess energy.

You can use the entire house. Parking is in the garage, the driveway, and on the street.

This is a nice residential neighborhood that is very close to the new Costco and about 8 minutes from Eagle. There are many awesome stores and restaurants to explore!
