Executive Room Unavailable @ Check-in.
We stayed in their highest tier room but had to wait an hour to be checked in. We travel for 7hrs to show up and be told the room wasn't ready past check-in time was infuriating.
Hot water issue. The room had a shower and tub. The tubs hot water works just fine but the shower itself had no hot water which was another downside.
NOT soundproof. We could hear conversations from outside the room, meaning they could probably hear us. Also, we could hear when the next room was using the shower as we kept hearing a sliding door.
The gentleman who worked the evening shift when we checked in was the only member who could speak English. He by far gave the best customer service in the hotel, followed by the restaurant staff, they also did a great job.
The hotel is nice and by no means bad but for a four star hotel improvements definitely need to be made"
