The maritime-style villa STRANDHAFER is located in quiet traffic just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach in Börgerende. �� The lovingly furnished 3-room apartment has two separate bedrooms, a living-dining room with open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a covered balcony overlooking the Baltic Sea and a parking space, which is located directly at the house.   In the bright and tastefully furnished living room invite a cozy couch with matching armchair and a large dining table, the four people comfortably offers space to linger. The couch is extendable and can be used as additional sleeping space (1.50 m x 2.00 m). Furthermore, a LED TV, a DVD player and a small stereo system are equipped. Directly on the living room is a balcony in the east. Enjoy a cozy breakfast in the pleasant morning sun. In addition to the living area, the apartment has two separate bedrooms. In the large bedroom you will find next to another LED TV two comfortable box spring beds (0.90 mx 2.00 m) and a large and spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has a sofa bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) and another wardrobe. The bedrooms offer enough space for a travel cot and can be well darkened by appropriate curtains.   The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a fridge freezer, an oven, a ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker and a kettle. Dishes and glasses are available in sufficient numbers.   The bright bathroom with window and floor-level shower has a wall-mounted bathroom cabinet, a vanity with large mirror, a vanity mirror, a hairdryer and an electrically heated towel rail.
