DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Staff is awful they shouldn’t be in hotel business! Room gross dust bunnies when we checked in, rust, patio door didn’t lock, phone doesn’t work, staff terrible, location terrible nothing good near by, bed no cover only flat sheet very hard and uncomfortable, but they had a fantastic Turkish breakfast included. We didn’t have hot water in the morning had to go out with gross greasy hair when we got back around 7 we had hot water and they put a bolt into the door to keep it closed. We went to the desk and all they kept saying is we need to pay for additional person there was a mix up with the booking and it showed 1 person on there end but it stated based on doubled occupancy so I don’t know what the problem was. We left early this area is full of ‘stores’ that harassed us every time we walked by, 1 hour walk to center or crazy drive with traffic jams. If you really want to see Bodrum stay in center not here. After all our mishaps they don’t offer another room. Our neighbors were loud until 4am and no one said anything to them but we were told many times to pay for the ‘extra’ person. They tried to fix our complaints but they just don’t have the resources to do it so I don’t blame them 100% but I also lost a lot of money because we left early due to the condition and lack of essential at this hotel which isn’t want I signed up for either. Terrible experience I will never come back to Bodrum!
