"I actually I hate hotels. The only hotel I loved was the doubletree in downtown Chicago. I’m super picky. The one in Ohio wasn’t like the one in Chicago. But I survived. I like hardwood floor I hate spots on floor and gentle wear and tear. But it was okay"

"Breakfast was minimal decaf coffee didn't work, orange juice machine didn't work but they left a jug of juice on the counter. Something was wrong with the apple juice from the machine couldn't drink it. The pool was closed they were using it for storage, the hair dryer in the room (322) fell off the wall and the toilet seat was about to fall off. There was newer carpet in the room but the door was hard to open because the carpet wasn't trimmed properly. The shower had clumps of hair in the bottom of the shower. Only one of the room cards were coded properly, paint splatters everywhere on the door, clock and desk phone. "
