The Chandler Cottage is a picture-perfect destination for your Bluffton, SC getaway. With three bedrooms, private bathrooms, and spacious back-porch seating - this home has everything you need to enjoy a weekend getaway or a longer-term stay. Here you can enjoy charming decor, plenty of space for dining and entertainment, and renovated, private bathrooms and smart TVs for each of the three bedrooms. The screened-in back porch is fitted with ceiling fans and ample seating - perfect for enjoying an afternoon at home. Chandler Cottage is also only a short distance away from various community amenities. With Hampton Hall's discovery package, you're steps away from rounds at the Pete Dye golf course or a burger at the Hampton Hall Clubhouse!

On the first floor you'll find two bedrooms - each fitted with King beds and ample space to store your belongings. One bedroom has a renovated ensuite full bath with tiled shower, workspace, and kitchenette, and the other has a walk-in closet and private access to the home's screened-in back porch. On the second floor you will find the third bedroom, furnished with two Queen beds, and a ensuite full bathroom for convenience.

Guests can purchase a Hampton Hall social membership or "discovery package" for a monthly rate. This membership provides access to the community's exclusive amenities including a 14,000 square foot fitness center with massage and physical therapists, an outdoor pool with a poolside cafe, an indoor pool facility with a hot-tub, two private eateries (Pete's Grill and Hampton Hall Main Clubhouse), and limited access to the Pete Dye Golf Course. Guests with social membership can also enjoy various sports facilities such as basketball, tennis, pickleball, and bocce ball courts.

Hampton Hall is a gated community. Guests must use primary gate to the community for initial entry to obtain guest-pass. Non-residents may use any gate to exit the neighborhood, except for between the hours of midnight to 5AM, during which the main gate is the only available exit. Washer and dryer in unit for guest use. Landscaping comes by every Wednesday.

One mature, housebroken dog under 25 pounds may be permitted with pet fee. (no puppies, cats, or aggressive breeds)
Guests will be required to provide contact information and details on vehicles per community management.
When a reservation is made, a confirmation email with House Rules and Regulations for this specific property will be emailed and require guest signature prior to confirmation of reservation.
