"Property and room was disgusting. Mood in tub and ceiling falling down in room. The desk clerk was just sitting in front area talking to a friend. When complained about room he was not apologetic and did not care when we tried to show him pictures. We did ask for refund and refused to stay. He did grant refund."

"The room was very clean and the property was well maintained. I went down to breakfast too late, but the servers still let me in to get drinks. Parking was free and convenient and the hotel was very close to Biltmore Estate, which we had come to visit. "

It’s right off I40 for easy access and for a food recommendation try Papa’s & Beer about 10 minutes drive down Tunnel Rd towards Asheville! Great Mexican restaurant! "
