"We booked this room for a few hours of sleep to break up a drive. The walls are paper thin. We did not get to sleep due to that and our phone ringing starting at 7 am. 3 phone calls total, each 30 minutes apart. Beeping on the other end. Our girls cried for hours.. tried to console them with no luck. Attempted to ask the front desk for assistance and was told they could do nothing. Super unhelpful staff. Told us to call Expedia for a refund and Expedia told us that the hotel “denied” our refund....

"We had a positive experience at this hotel and would definitely stay there again if ever in the area. The room was clean and spacious; the beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great (eggs, sausage), the staff was accommodating and friendly, parking was available right outside our door. The only issues we had were: ** The toilet in the room had to be flushed multiple times to clear it which was an issue ** and the lighting in the room seemed a little dim. "Everything was great. It rained a lot during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in our room. It was clean and well furnished. The towels smelled great. It the first motel in a long time that the towels were soft and smelled good. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone."
