• Bedroom with two twin XL beds, magnetic Tic-Tac-Toe on the wall and a Smart TV (Insect themed room! Perfect for those curious kids, or adults, who love their creepy crawlies and pretty butterflies)
• Bedroom with king bed and Smart TV
• Bathroom with full shower and tub
• Dining Room has large table to seat 8, a Keurig Coffee bar (variety of K-cups, powdered creamer & sugar packets provided) and a bar setup (no alcohol provided) and high chair.
• Fully loaded kitchen:  This is a southern home so y'all know we don't skimp on the kitchen amenities! 2 full sets of pots and pans, large pots, InstaPot pressure cooker, slow cooker, toaster oven with air fry, regular toaster, blender, baking sheets, pizza sheet and cutter, mixing bowls, measuring cups and spoons, can opener, wine and bottle opener, ice cream scoop, and all your other kitchen needs.

SECOND FLOOR (BASEMENT)

• Camp Themed Bedroom with twin XL bunkbed (2 beds), grassy walls & bistro lights, kids play tent with role-play firepit camping experience.

• Private workspace with one monitor and docking station for use (bring your laptop & plug right in).

GUEST ACCESS
Front and side door are equipped with a digital smart lock for easy access.  Unique code provided for a contactless check-in, no keys required.

Remember that you are in someone's home, please treat it with the same respect as your own.

• There are a total of four Ring security cameras outside, for your security, and the security of our property. Two cameras at the front door pointed at the doorsteps and walkway (one is used for battery backup only). One camera in the exterior side entry hallway pointed at the side entry door, and one camera outside the shed pointed at the shed door.

• To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests—especially those with allergies and sensitivities—our home is smoke-free and pet-free. If you’d like to smoke, please feel free to do so outdoors. We kindly ask that you respect this policy, as additional cleaning fees may apply if deep cleaning is required due to non-compliance. Thank you so much for your understanding and for helping us keep Cozy Cabin fresh and welcoming for everyone!

• Cozy Cabin accommodates a maximum of 8 guests. For everyone’s comfort and to protect the home’s septic system, no additional guests are allowed beyond this limit. Exceeding capacity can cause serious plumbing issues, including septic backup. Please note that any costs incurred from damage or system failure due to non-compliance will be the responsibility of the booking guest.

• Local noise ordinance is in place and enforced by residents. Quiet time is from 10pm to 8am. (No loud parties are allowed).
