"I feel for this town, given the recent volcanic eruptions that left the city quite deserted. The hotel conditions may be a reflection of that, with only a handful of staff there to operate the front desk, clean rooms and manage the breakfast buffet. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front desk. There was a sign with a WhatsApp number to message or call, so fortunately one of the three other groups waiting to check in were able to get a hold of the receptionist. In terms of the room...

Its also close to the Gianta's cave and a lovely cliff walk, port and place to watch the northern lights on clear dark nights. The bed was incredibly comfortabel as well. We also enjoyed a breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Both were delicious. "

"A little difficult to find. But room was large and clean. Close to another hotel that had food. Close to airport. Used to stay from cancelled flight. Called to get code to get in and was answered quickly but not sure what I would’ve done if it wasn’t answered. Details were sent but got there before that. "
