The property main building is an elegant old home. We stayed in the Roosevelt room for 1 night - very spacious a clean. Although short menu, breakfast was delicious.

An Extraordinary Stay

Although my stay was top notch from check-in to check-out, the included breakfast (from a menu) stood out as the best I have had at a hotel or B & B. It was incredible as was the wait staff who took my order and delivered exceptional service.

A wonderful B&B. There is the main house but we stayed in the annex called The Composer in room 110 (2nd floor, corner room). Breakfast was delicious and well worth the stay. Only drawbacks: 1) the only have ROKU service so we never were able to access cable news 2) it is a double bed but comfortable.
Bathroom (shower activated by pulldown plug under bath spigot).
Includes timer controlled fireplace.
Great windows/shutters.

Absolute BEST Place to Stay in Bloomington

This is an amazing gem in Bloomington within easy walking distance of both downtown and the IU campus. The staff was very friendly, the room superb, and the breakfast amazing.

Wonderful inn!

Our stay was a short one, but I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything about the room was so comfortable and so nice from the bed, the linens, a table to do work, and sitting in front of the fireplace. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay at Showers Inn every time I come to Bloomington!
