"Overall, we had a good stay, but I expected a little more for the price. The location is convenient for visiting Oxford, and the breakfast was very good with a good choice of food. We also made use of the swimming pool, which was a nice bonus. Our family room had a double and a single bed, but once all three of us were in there (including our 4-year-old), it felt quite cramped. For a two-night stay it was manageable, but I think anything longer would have been uncomfortable. The pool changing...

"Room was large with king bed, two chairs for reading, desk counter with chair, coffeemaker, large batbroom with tub and shower. Fairly quiet, althougb I could hear the conversations across the hall easily. Nice bar, friendly and helpful staff. Bus into Oxford a few minutes away."

"We have just had a pleasant 2 night stay at Stubley Castle,room was just what we needed very clean with the necessary amenities to make our short stay comfortable,lovely bar area and the restaurant was very good,the breakfast was basically whatever you wanted,we had 2 evenings meals in the restaurant,first one was off the English menu and was ok possibly to much of what we had was done in a deep fat fryer,White Bait and Cod and Chips ,the staff are Indians and really nothing was to much...

"It has no air conditioning, so staying in July was very hot. The room had no air circulation, so it was very hot. Hotter in the room than outside or even the hall."

"This is our second visit to this lovely hotel. The staff here are very friendly and seem very dedicated and do work hard to make your stay as relaxed as possible, always happy to help. The food is lovely and the bar is very well stocked and reasonably priced .We love it here and would recommend it to anyone."
