"The property is conveniently located in a good area near eateries and a few blocks away from the space needle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little smaller than expected, but clean, well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The rooftop gives you a great view of the piers and City. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but it's within walking distance from various restaurants. The underground parking was a plus as well. We did experience a longer wait time than I would like for the elevators due to high traffic. I would definitely stay here again."

"So I came here after contacting expedia after telling them that I got kicked out of the other property and I booked in advance and what I booked on my Expedia did not match the receipt that I received after I was kicked out of the property for again being assaulted by man in the elevator at breakfast, another man from Union Trades stalking a Vitcim of abuse and Assualt. and then having the FBI and or local police called on me. They had a sheriff dressed as the manager, he was a casino host and blackjack dealer. So thank you Ko for pretending to be fair and impartial manager. Call my lawyer Tully and Rickney, and I do work for DOJ and call Olympia and see that I’m telling the truth. Don’t tap my room and listen to my conversations. Please refund my money. 897.00 with parking I didn’t use. I parked in the outside lot for free. Call Department of Transportation. I don’t pay taxes or parking. "My first trip to Seattle. I expected a lot more from this hotel. But I was super disappointed. Parking is difficult at best. A block away. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, I was given a fan. The bathroom is so small you couldn’t turn around. Seems more like a $99 dollar a night kinda of place. Not recommended!"

"We liked the size of the rooms and that they were pretty clean... What we did not like...first arrived told check in was 3 p.m. no exceptions only to return later and people were being booked even before 3 p.m. When we returned two quest (man and woman) were having a heated argument at the reception desk...not a lot was being said nor done to break up the argument... No food nor refreshments available...had to order a pizza...bought refreshments at the food market located next door... We had an early morning flight and retired early only to listen to the quest above us doing god knows what...and making a lot of noise until about 11:00 p.m.... Took the free hotel airport shuttle in the morning at 6:45 a.m....shuttle took us to the airport but dropped all of us at gate 4...we had to go to gate 1 which was a considerable distance away... All in all a very poor stay...Red Roof will not be our stay ever again..."
