"This hotel was BEAUTIFUL! Check in is a bit odd, because there is no front desk; you check in with the waitstaff of the hotel restaurant. But they send you a helpful text with your door code and instructions, so it was easy. The room was beautiful, the balcony was a fantastic bonus. The location is very convenient. I wish I could have stayed longer!"

"The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center. It is a beautiful walk, and there are cafes along the way that you could stop by for a coffee. There are plenty of taxis too. 20 to 25 minute walk, 5 minute taxi ride. The hotel is well worth...

"Parking is an issue, I only found out that they have limited parking spaces, like only 6 or 8 once I arrived. I was advised that i needed to pre-book the parking.. also it is very difficult to stop outside this hotel as its on a busy corner. They directed me to a public car park across the road."
