The breakfast offered a great variety with plenty of options for everyone, and the pool was a highlight—perfect for both children and adults. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating; when the family suite was unavailable, they quickly found a perfect alternative for us. "Good value and convenient location in Strasbourg. It’s outside the centre but close to a tram stop with frequent (every 5min) service. Rooms are comfortable. Staff are very helpful and responsive to requests. We had an issue with noise as we were put on the same wing as a high school group who would knock on doors several times after midnight and early morning. We were also woken up by their late hallway conversations. Room doorbells and better soundproofing would have helped. To their credit, the hotel let us change rooms very late at night. "
