The property is fine. The location is great. Front desk staff were great. I would HIGHLY recommend you do not stay here or anywhere in Birch Run when Mid Michigan Mayhem is going on. It’s an engine revving, late night hotel party. It’s a bunch of guys with loud lifted trucks acting crazy. Stay away! Will not be staying here again during this time and maybe ever again. Staff didn’t handle the situation the best. I left a night early due to the rowdy nights and loud environment.

Place is great for a one night stay. Close to Frankenmuth and shopping. THERE IS NO HOT TUB. It was filled in, so only thing is the pool. Very disappointed as after shopping it would have been nice to soak in the hot tub. Breakfast was sub-par. Not much of a variety. Staff on the other hand were very nice, friendly and helpful.

The parking lot is connected to a closed resturaunt and is incredibly hard to find at night due to no lighting. Our room reeked of pot and cigarettes from the get go, they offered us a new room but there were no more available with a whirlpool tub in it. The room itself could have used more cleaning, but other than that the stay was great.

The rooms were clean however the doors seals at the bottom were not in proper working order. Because of this the floors were full of debris. The front desk did come and sweep our floors. There is no hot tub! They have filled it in with cement. The pool was extremely cold for being indoors. The lobby was a great place to gather. We played cards had drinks and pizza. Staff was great about us being there. Breakfast was not really continental. 2 waffle machines , no eggs , had sausage, basic bread for toast, some yogurt and just fruit loops. Beds were comfortable
