"No breakfast. Tissue paper rough and poor quality. Thermostat didn't work well. You had to keep pressing the 1 in 2095 to get it to work. The 1 in 2095 couldn't be adjusted. The staff was nice. My room didn't get cleaned in 2095. For the price, atleast continental breakfast. Good quality tissue, Have a better system for thermostat. "

"The hotel itself was excellent, room was very clean and nice. But since they informed me that it is a pet friendly hotel there isn’t much you can do when your next door to a large dog barking very loudly that went on for hours. So upon talking to the desk clerk about why they don’t put pets basically on a floor to them selves he informed me they don’t. Did not offer to move us so we were stuck listening to a dog bark while the owners left them. So no I will not stay à staybridge in Little Rock Ark again. "

"bathroom sink did not drain (half full of water entire stay) no kleenex, shampoo and soap dispenser in the shower was empty or did not work. Was there 2 nights and no housekeeping. Breakfast was good."

"We rented this home for several doctors appointments since we live in South Arkansas. There were 4 of us and we had a lot of room to do our own thing. The house was very clean, well sourced with kitchenware, and bathroom needs. The showers and tub was my daughter's highlight. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again."

"We used this for a work crew. They all reported that the home was extremely nice, the beds were comfortable and they felt they had everything they needed. Will be booking here again! "

"Unable to Check In – Unresponsive Host & Property Exterior Was ConcerningUnfortunately, our stay at Secluded Pleasant Valley Hideout never happened because we were unable to check in. The entry code did not work, and we were locked out of the property. We had also messaged the host one day prior to check-in with a question and never received a response. When we couldn’t access the unit, the host still did not respond, and even the VRBO support team was unable to reach them.We also want to note that while the surrounding neighborhood is a quaint community, this particular location felt like an exception and was less than appealing. Parking was limited, and the outside of the property was unkempt, with items like an old broom, mop, and a garden hose that had been left out for quite some time. Based on what we saw outside, we could only imagine what the inside looked like and honestly, we were relieved we never gained access.On a positive note, the VRBO team was extremely professional & helpful in a stressful situation. We were in a lurch and had to book another place quickly (a hotel, unfortunately). VRBO ultimately offered to help find another comparable or better property, and when they learned we had already booked elsewhere, they offered to cover the additional costs we incurred due to this situation.Bottom line: I would not book this property, and I believe VRBO should seriously consider removing this host/listing based on the lack of communication & conditions."

"We were in LR for a wedding downtown. This was the perfect location. Great restaurants and shops nearby. Cute house, well appointed. Both drip coffee and K-cup coffee makers."
