The decor was a little too minimalist for me as there was not even the smallest table by the bed to set down my phone. The free laundry room was a nice bonus, but there was only one and 9am-9pm hours weren’t very convenient, so waiting was inevitable. This place is special and wonderful for any length of time. The secret spot is the Garden. You’ll have to see it to believe it. Because of that garden, I will never stay any place else in London!!!!!!! The staff is so nice. Every single person is so sweet. Anything you need they’re there for you at any moment. The the bar with egg whites, and gin… ask for it it’s the best you’ll be hooked. "Very pleasant room in pub /hotel in centre of town with fast wifi and all amenities. Cooked breakfast also included -although quite a short time for breakfast - between 8.30 and 10 on a Saturday. But breakfast was fine."

"Very helpful staff. Food in restaurant very good. The whole place is clean and there are bouncy castles in the garden for children. They take blue light cards for food.
The major disappointment is that the bar and main building shuts at 10pm promptly. Thus no more drinks even for residents and you can’t even sit in the building which is locked. Thus you either sit in the garden or go to your room. Sadly there is nowhere nearby to get a drink etc. crazy beating in kind we were there for Friday...
