Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
First of all, this is a home converted to a hotel/stay, so it was very difficult to find even with google maps. Secondly, we have prepaid for half board so the expectation was a hot breakfast and dinner. We ordered coffee and snacks for breakfast, which was home cooked and decent. For dinner ordered chicken curry and roti, we literally had to look for chicken in the gravy and the roti was the size of a coin. We gave it a benefit of a doubt, but the next day was far worse. To top it off, we were told we have to pay 3000 on top of 1500 we already paid for the food as there was "Additional items" which we never ordered. When contacted Expedia they contacted them but same additional item thing was provided so Expedia was not much help as well.
So here is my take, stay out of this hotel, you have been warned, next it is up to you. We paid the full amount as we believe in Karma, and they will pay it back and we will get back our amount in some way or the other. But humble request, if you dont want a financial crisis at the end of your trip avoid booking with this "Hotel"
