Good location for both Reims and Epernay. We didn’t spend a lot of time here as we were out exploring but it is a great place to stay.

Breakfast is good but the water of coffee machine sometimes is not hot enough to brew a cup of tea. Fruits and fresh juices is good. We need an iron but it doesn’t function well even changed the other one. The swimming pool is too small if you want for exercise. Staffs is helpful at the front desk, plenty of parking space.

What a wonderful and welcoming hotel! We greatly enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was five star worthy. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Thank you also for welcoming our dog. What a great place for us to stop on our way to our final destination. We look forward to returning in a few days and will select the Golden Tulip brand for future trips.

This was a lovely room with a big king size bed an two separate twin beds for our adult kids. The room was clean and cozy. The only thing we lacked was a ventilator in the bathroom. But I guess most European hotel rooms don't have those.

Nice hotel and accommodating staff. The rooms were modern and clean. The beds very comfortable. The hotel is located on a small business park and it has a couple of restaurants opposite so it's easy to get food and drinks away from the hotel (they are across the car park). However the bar at the hotel was busy all evening and reasonably priced. The spa facilities were nice and the pool was great.

Very comfortable hotel with good services. Parking with charging posts, pool, very nice and spaceous room. Amazing bed and bed linen, 6 stars! What pulls down the overall grade was the breakfast.

A good hotel for an overnight. Small pool for a refreshing dip and a reasonable breakfast. No restaurant and no restaurants around so plan your lunch or evening meal. But I would recommend. Great for dogs too!

Perfect layover stop for us - close to the highway, pet friendly, kid friendly. We had a Junior Suite - and it had a beautiful patio with chairs, a sitting area (with pullout couch), and a separate bedroom. Ample parking. We also really loved the breakfast - much better than most 4 star French hotels offer. The pool was a huge family favorite. We would love it even more if there was a dinner restaurant but lots of Uber Eats options were available. AC was also great. We didn’t use this time but greatly appreciate the nespresso and the fridge with some drinks. Even creaky knees were accommodated - wide shower, low thresholds, furniture at a comfortable height. Loved the bed linen and firm yet comfortable mattress! This is now our favorite layover location! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the most wonderful stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Disliked: Staff & service
The hotel itself was nice, clean and the rooms were comfortable. However, there is little to no air conditioning in the room, although the reception area was freezing. On multiple occasions we asked the staff to help us as it was unbearable but they were very unhelpful. It was so hot that I had to take our puppy out multiple times during the evening due to her overheating. I think the worse part was the staff basically ignoring us, such a shame as we were really looking forward to our last night before returning home
