Fantastic friendly staff. Wonderful luxurious room, clean, bright and comfortable. One of thr best hotels we have stayed in. Lovely pool. Would be great if they offered evening dining and also more English TV channels. We will stay there again.

What a wonderful and welcoming hotel! We greatly enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was five star worthy. The room was very comfortable and roomy. Thank you also for welcoming our dog. What a great place for us to stop on our way to our final destination. We look forward to returning in a few days and will select the Golden Tulip brand for future trips.

This was a lovely room with a big king size bed an two separate twin beds for our adult kids. The room was clean and cozy. The only thing we lacked was a ventilator in the bathroom. But I guess most European hotel rooms don't have those.

Perfect layover stop for us - close to the highway, pet friendly, kid friendly. We had a Junior Suite - and it had a beautiful patio with chairs, a sitting area (with pullout couch), and a separate bedroom. Ample parking. We also really loved the breakfast - much better than most 4 star French hotels offer. The pool was a huge family favorite. We would love it even more if there was a dinner restaurant but lots of Uber Eats options were available. AC was also great. We didn’t use this time but greatly appreciate the nespresso and the fridge with some drinks. Even creaky knees were accommodated - wide shower, low thresholds, furniture at a comfortable height. Loved the bed linen and firm yet comfortable mattress! This is now our favorite layover location! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the most wonderful stay.

When we arrived we were greeted by lovely staff members. Weirdly I had to pay another 200 euros deposit even though I’d already paid for our room upfront. On check in we saw a sign displayed to say they had an increase in thefts in the local area and their car park had been targeted. Had we known this we wouldn’t have booked to stay as we turned up on our journey home travelling with a trailer and bikes on our bike rack. We had to empty the trailer and put the bikes inside our camper van to ensure it was all secure which was a pain as we chose this hotel as it stated it had secure car parking. This hotel doesn’t have a restaurant so bear that in mind when booking. We had to find a restaurant for food after a 10hr driving day.

Great location perfect for getting around champagne and getting into Reims quickly with a car. Pool, gym and sauna were all pluses. Also bakery and restaurants across the parking making it easy for mornings. Rooms were spacious. Highly recommend.

Nice rooms. Fridge did not work in room so our drinks were all warm. AC did not switch down even tho there was a thermostat in room. Tv kept crashing at least 4 times rebooted itself. The hotel has everything we were looking for. Unfortunately we ended up in an argument with a member of staff over our 5 year old daughter's food that she was finishing as we arrived in the bar area to order food and drinks for ourselves. We were asked to leave - shouted over to us from the bar. Once the staff understood we were ordering food and drink for ourselves we were allowed to stay. My wife was cross and complained directly to the staff member who had asked us to leave. He agued the line - you can't eat food from outside in the bar - then told her "I'm going to talk with your husband" and turned away from her - I don't know of any words that can make a woman more cross. In the end we got an apology, they said it was a miss-understanding, the 2 glasses of Champaign we'd ordered were taken from the bill - which was appreciated. But we were only there for 1 night and this is how we remember the Golden Tulip Hotel and so of course will never All the staff were nice - they just didn't handle the situation well and got stuck making it worse.
