This cosy luxury lodge is located in a wonderful rural spot in Routh
The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This luxurious lodge includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.


As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge,a freezer a hob and oven, a kettle, a toaster a dishwasher a coffee machine and a microwave.
The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a 42" freeview television and internet access.


This lodge has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed,en suite,freeview TV and walk in wardrobe.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds freeview TV and wardrobes.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The en suite has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath tub with shower.

Utility room with sink and washing machine


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Hot tub and bath robes for you to use are also included.


ON SITE RULES

**Swimwear must be worn when using the hot tub**
*Hot tub not to be used after 1030pm due to the noise and disruption to other guests and owners.
*No parties/events allowed
*Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm to avoid any disruption to other renters/owners
* No swimming in any of the lakes.

**please note this lodge is sited on a residential site were elderly people reside,the neighbours on either side of this lodge are elderly. If anybody is found to be making excessive noise or disruption after 10pm they will be escorted off site and no refund will be given**

If you are looking for somewhere to party then im afraid this is not the place or site for you.



House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available for 2 cars at the property.
- 2 well behaved Pets are allowed at the lodge
