"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The first night there we were put in a room that had no air conditioning, the floors were coming up, there was a significant fly problem in the room,there were holes in the walls, and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The following morning they put us in another room but that room had the same problems as the first night. "Bed had sandy substance. Had to move to another room. Hairdryer didn't work. Carpet was old, worn and stained. Elevator rail support broken. Children running in room above us at midnight. Room service minimal. Left some towels, didn't take any trash. Staff was very nice and tried to help when prompted. Pillows were terrible. Bathroom very cramped large gap around door let in light all night. Poor safety latch/door stop. Just overall disappointing."

"We had two rooms - both were very clean, however in the peak of the summer, the HVAC in the rooms can’t keep up - both rooms were quite warm and humid. We were however, with a fan, able to get them cool enough at night for sleeping. All of the staff was very friendly. If you are a sports fan - all available channels on the TVs are just sports channels; no local channels or other major networks. "Seriously Outdated. I need of a complete remodel. Refrigerator extremely damaged. Wait staff at Front desk not properly trained to handle third party transactions. Billed for two nights on my debit card and my accommodations were terminated after 7/17/2026 stay. Absolutely no customer service training. Will look elsewhere for accommodations in the future."

"The staff was extremely friendly and attentive- making sure we were taken care of and knew what amenities were offered. The room was modern and very clean, comfortable, and nice. The free breakfast was fantastic and featured many options, plus there is a little store where you can buy snacks (and beer!). We will definitely stay here again!"
