"Arrived at 10.30pm after a day of visiting clients and a long drive from Dusseldorf where we got held up in a lot of traffic to find out the hotel was closed no one was there and now stuck with nowhere to go. I hadnt noticed that in the small print it states check in closes at 10pm a detail I think should be highlighted not hidden in small details.
Extremely disappointed no one tried to ring or message from the hotel to see if we were arriving. I accept we were late but would have been better...

"Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und super gelegen. Das Hotel und auch der Garten sind zauberhaft. Das Frühstück war minimalistisch, aber sehr lecker und der Service sehr freundlich. "

"Het is nu een B&B hotel. Prima kamers en intbijt. kussens op zijn Duits super zacht. Persoonlijk vindt ik het niks.
In de avond geen receptie. Ik had mijn kamersleutel vergeten, na een telefoonnummer gebeld te hebben was er na 10min die mij een 2e kaart gaf 👍"
