Great hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. Ideal central location with Alexanderplatz station only minutes away, but the hotel is very dated, thin walls meant I could hear everything being said in the next room which didn’t help when they had a screaming child. The hotel also has a room cleaning request button (in the bathroom) that you must press before 11am to get the room serviced for the next day. I pressed the button twice during my stay and my room wasn’t serviced.

Great stay at Park Inn Berlin! I had a wonderful experience at the Park Inn Berlin. The top-level room offered an awesome city view, especially the TV Tower, which was absolutely stunning. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was very nice, with a good variety and quality. Overall, a great hotel in a perfect location—I would happily stay here again.

Food and restaurant staff were good. The woman with the blue hair at the front desk was nasty and unhelpful. The room was nice and beautiful view with a great location
