My mother and I thought very highly of our stay one night stay at this hotel. ALL staff were freindly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable and is situated in a great location, being within walking distance of the Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate and Friedrichstr BHF station. The breakfast was also great due to its vast selection and great quality. Thank you!

Cant fault this hotel. Every aspect of it was excellent and most esp the staff were amazing. All helpful and attentive… special mention to Mira on the check in desk, Tanja on the customer service and to the best waiter Antonio. Thank you all for making our stay unforgettable. Location is perfect. Breakfast was outstanding. Will be back. First time to use this hotel chain but it was a perfect decision. Love it so much.

Fantastic room with lots of space, hotel is so well connected for travelling around the city. Excellent breakfast buffet and we enjoyed a drink in the bar each evening. Be aware that it is very close to a train station and you do get noise as a result, but the pros of being able to move so easily around the city far outweighed any noise for us. They even provided ear plugs and we slept really well so it’s not a complaint at all, just something to be aware of. Staff were so helpful with every enquiry, and they have a great scheme where for every day you don’t need housekeeping, you get a drinks voucher. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location was excellent, near the Brandenburg Arch, the Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie and the Topography of Terror. Staff was helpful. The hotel is literally 1/2 block from the S-Bahn 9 stop but, unfortunately, construction rendered the S-Bahn unusable. We enjoyed our stay.

The room was good but we ‘messed’ up assuming all rooms would be ‘doubles’ unless specified as when we had chosen the location of the room arrived to find it was too singles, we could of changed but everything was great. Windows you could open which I like, great air conditioning. Coffee machine and kettle and even a mini bar if you wanted it. You could also order other bits like an iron and board through the ‘app’ which arrived swiftly. Yeah it was good. So very central to what we wanted so ideal, right next to Friederickstrasse station and a great selection of restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend. Also should mention had a lovely little bar downstairs too.

We got a corner room on the 7th floor - it was huge and we enjoyed watching the sunset. The whole property was clean and very aesthetically decorated. It is right next to the Friedrichstr train station and close to a lot of tourist destinations (Brandenburg gate, Riechstag, museum island, humboldt forum, bebelplatz, etc). We didn’t get the hotel breakfast but there were plenty of shops right next to the hotel (dunkin, starbucks, cafes, aldi). Staff were very helpful! Highly recommended!

The room was clean and the staff very helpful. The location was fantastic! The only reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is because two of the three elevators were out the second day we were there and there was some wear and tear on the headboards of the bed. They did give us early check-in, which was great!
