Located within the private gated community of Assateague Pointe, this beautiful home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. With all the comforts of home, the property includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, two TVs, free WiFi, and central A/C. The community provides amenities for the whole family, including two large outdoor pools, a recreation room, a fishing pier into the bay, stocked fishing ponds, complimentary paddle boats, a basketball half court, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, this location offers both convenience and fun. Occupancy is limited to six guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Off-season weekend rentals are available. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.

Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
