Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.
This 60 square meters unique property showcases the beauty of Berlinese architecture paired with unique grassland design. This beautiful home resides in the heart of Schöneberg. Acclaimed for its fashionably alternative atmosphere, it’s a perfect destination for perusing pop-up shops or trying local flavors. With so much to see and so much to do, make sure you have the perfect home to come back to.
The 1 bedroom is artfully decorated, with plenty of storage space. It features a comfy queen size bed with a vintage grassland themed headboard and plants that help to liven up the space. The 1 bathroom is chicly decorated with tiles and modern fittings. Stepping into a spa-like oasis, Alanis invites guests to take a soak in its elegant bathtub. There is also an in-house washing unit located in the bathroom.
Light streams into the living room through the large windows. The living room has a full entertainment system and many wooden and green touches to uphold the grassland theme. The separate sunroom office space sits behind the living room and ensures that you won’t miss a beat while living in Berlin. The dining room table sits in a room adjacent to the office and leads to the modern and fully equipped kitchen. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
