The room's size and layout suited my family well. We easily accommodated 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) in the 1-bedroom apartment with a kitchen. It was very clean. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Bergen.

We liked our one bed attic apartment which was clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen could have had more equipment e.g a microwave and a sieve and better quality saucepans ( heating up milk burnt too easily) plus tea and coffee. A freezer was probable not needed!

Clean apartment, stuffy without windows open, no AC or fan. Central location, close to train station, restaurants and shopping options. Used luggage storage waiting for ferry departure. Coffee in lobby for $ but local coffee shops nearby. Convenient without any hotel amenities.

The hotel, room and staff were great!!! We were in room 502 and outside our door was open to the alleyway where the local restaurants used the trash compactor so that was quite squeaky and loud late in the evening and at times the smell lingered into our room.

The room was huge, a full kitchen, large sitting / dining area with two 3 seat sofas. Additional double sofa bed tucked away in an alcove and 2 bedrooms. After a couple of weeks travelling as a family of five it was lovely to spread out. Hotel reception was functional, and kept bags for us, but is not manned 24/7 so don’t expect hotel level service. Vending machine and coffee machine in reception reasonably stocked and priced. Some signs of wear and tear but seemed clean and they had the basics right like enough towels and loo rolls! Would definitely use again.

Great location and the room was clean, well stocked and spacious!! However, not well insulated from noise. We were there on a weekend and it was extremely difficult to sleep with the nightclub blasting music until 3am, loud machinery sounds outside our door.

This is a perfect stay in central location not very far from the airport tram. The price is also ok in Bergen. The room have a nice kitchen vere you can make your own lunch and dinner if you find the price in restaurant expensiv. Norway is expensive but many things is on high level. I can recommend this hotel and we are comming back.
