"Property was super close to downtown Bentonville, so that was our favorite takeaway! It was clean (but I prefer properties that are a little more well stocked for visitors…although host stated on the booking so it was no surprise). Cute home in a great area, but I need a little more homey vrbo. I will say, it’s set up perfectly for a mountain biking group…with great space for bikes! Take away: Location, location, location!! "

"The unit was clean and as described in the listing. The location was good and easy to find. At least one TV downstairs would have been nice. The mini split units did not work very well. We did get hot through the night so it was a little uncomfortable for sleeping. Overall, a nice visit though. Loved visiting the shops and restaurants at the Bentonville square."
