"Our family (age range 18 months to 78) had a wonderful stay at Spa House. The house is thoughtfully and thoroughly equipped; the pool and sauna were favorites; we drove every day just a few minutes to the beach. And every single evening we especially enjoyed spectacular sunset views over Lake Michigan. When we had questions, Greg responded quickly and helpfully. And the giant set of Duplo we discovered in the closet entertained our grandson. All told a perfect vacation!"

"The stay was great. We had an issue with the a/c not working in our room. The front desk attendant that afternoon was very helpful and friendly. She came up to our room till see if she could fix it, but was not able to. She got us into another room. She always asked to see if our room was okay where we left the hotel for dinner. She was always friendly and had a smile on her face! Would definitely stay here again!"

"Super friendly hotel staff! Beautiful spacious rooms. We really only had two complaints but honestly it isn’t a reflection on the hotel. 1. The second night we stayed the fire alarm kept going off. It was annoying but again no reflection on the hotel. 2. There was a group of guests that were extremely rude, not just to us but to the hotel staff. Our last two mornings my husband and son went down for breakfast and only came back with coffee ss some of the guests acted as though they had never seen food before so they piled their multiple plates and left nothing for other guests, we had to go out to eat breakfast which wasn’t budgeted but not a big deal. We were appalled the way they spoke to the hotel staff and other guests. We will definitely be coming back again as BH is where I am from and we come back yearly to visit family. "
