"Beautiful rooms and very helpful staff. One minor issue. Despite an email saying the front desk would be open, when we arrive at 1 PM, it was closed and we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show."

"We are from Canada and had an absolutely amazing stay here. We wished we had booked for longer. The room was amazing with an amazing balcony overlooking the valley. The service provided by Carlos, the front house manager, was exceptional. He speaks great English and gave us awesome recommendations for Dinner and Wine Tasting. Also, my fiancé is celiac and he really helped us find the right accommodations. I really hope more North Americans travel to this beautiful part of the world and stay at Pousada Refugios dos Vinhos!"
