The owners were lovely and very attentive. Air conditioning and shower were surperb. The furniture is a little dated but that didn't spoil our overnight stay. The beds were very comfortable too.

A small but very nice hotel with friendly staff, located back from the main road but close to the main hub. Within easy walking distance of Benidorm town and beach.

On arriving at the Iris,the staff were very pleasant and very helpful,i was a single traveller and offered a triple room,which was clean and well maintained,the bed was really comfy,the shower was really good,the hotel is central,it is on an incline,short stroll into town and the beach,close to all shops,bars,restaurants,dont forget you have to pay a 50euro deposit,which you get back on day you leave,The owners made my stay all the more welcoming,always smiling,nothing is to much,,just 1 small gripe,really could be better with a fridge,other than that,5 stars to the owners.

Fantastic stay and experience! The hotel is very comfortable and guarantees all you need. Great location, and the cherry on the cake are the owners. They are adorable and will make your journey unforgettable!

Hotel Iris, a little gem

The welcome was excellent, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy.The location was perfect and the owners extremely friendly, should we come back to Benidorm, we would definitely stay again.

Value for money stay in the old town.

The hotel is a small family run affair. Lovely hosts. Very friendly and helpful. We booked a double room and they offered us a choice of rooms: the double or a choice of 3 apartments they have. We chose a first floor apartment which obviously had more facilities than the double room and it was lovely. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful 4 night stay. Would recommend for an inexpensive break.

Stayed in the old town of benidorm. Ideal location, quiet but right in the middle of all the old town bars restaurants and shops. Very secure hotel reception with very friendly staff on call 24 hours a day.
