Our stay had a few hiccups but I commend management and staff for their responsiveness in dealing with any shortcomings. Pradeep the General Manager of the hotel is extremely welcoming, he recommended dinner at Republic of Noodles and the food was excellent prepared by chef Albert. The front office receptionists on night shift was excellent and she was very attentive and responsive to our needs. Overall a wonderful stay and will stay again at the Lemon Tree Premier Ulsoor.

The location was great and the start very comfortable. Room was nice and clean. Wifi was a bit spotty at times, but nothing terrible. Did not try any in house dining. Overall a very good experience and value for money.

We always stay at Lemon Tree when we visit Bangalore. The staff is great, the breakfast is awesome and the location is very convenient. Special call out to Noushin for making our stay great.

It’s a good and comfortable hotel, staff is friendly and nice. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast spread is decent and the hotel has secure parking.

I would've given this hotel 5 stars but while I stayed here they had construction going on, and the noise was maddening - banging, drilling. I had to complain several times to put a stop to this. I had online business meetings to attend from my room and it was impossible to carry on a conversation. If the hotel needs to do construction then they should not book guests and do the renovations when the hotel is empty. Otherwise, offer the rooms complementary or have the decency to offer a big discount for the inconvenience. Neither of these were offered to me for the trouble I went through.

Mein Flug war deutlich früher und ich fragte im Vorfeld an, ob ich früher einchecken kann. Bekam keine Antwort. Im Hotel jedoch konnte ich gegen ein Entgeld frühdtücken und das Team bereitete schnell ein Zimmer. Das war angenehm. Das WLAN ist nur einen Tag frei. Danach kostez es. Das ist lästig. Die Handtücher könnten sauberer sein.
