Bedrooms:
- Second Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a queen bed plus a set of bunk beds.
- Third Floor: Two bedrooms, each with a king bed.

- Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes: Includes 10 passes for access to SHARC pool, tennis courts, pickleball, boat launch, and disc golf.
