"Expedia first of all you are yet to refund my money money for hotel despite the hotel confirming to you that i didnt lodge there. As for the receptionist their reception was appauling to say the least.
On arrival all they told me despite showing evidence of payment was that they are fully booked and they dont know Expedia."

"My stay at De Lords Resort was very disappointing. Despite having already booked and paid through Expedia, the hotel did not acknowledge my reservation and insisted I pay again in Nigerian Naira before I could get a room.
The room was not clean, the bedsheets appeared stained, the toilet was poorly maintained, there was water leaking from the air conditioner, and the overall condition of the room was far below expectations. To make matters worse, after I paid, they attempted to change the room...
