"The room was nice and clean and the staff very friendly. We didn't have time for breakfast because of Dr's appointment. Thank you"

"It was ok. The room I was in was very nice. Didn’t like the curtains covered the ac/heating unit. The curtains were not room darkening. The rooms the company we were travelling with that booked there as well. Those rooms were not nice at all. If i book there again I would request the room I had stayed in. As the other rooms in the hotel had the jet tub right next to the side of the bed, the suits outside across from the hotel, bathrooms were very small with standup shower with very small sink, no place to lay personal items on it."

"We had a wonderful stay at The Murray Premises Hotel in St. John's. The building is beautiful and full of character, and despite its age, everything was exceptionally clean. We didn't see a single bug during our stay, which was impressive for such a historic property. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn't be better—right in the heart of downtown with easy access to great shops, restaurants, and attractions. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Some of our personal property was unfortunately damaged during a room clean. Alex was so helpful. He replaced both items after searching for a day for one of the items. He then waived our parking fees and offered us a meal at their restaurant. He also gave us a late check out for our troubles. Alex went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful. And their chocolate chip cookies are amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. It was in the perfect location. The only complaint is that the mirror in the room could have been higher"
