When we first arrived , we asked if we needed reservations for breakfast. They asked if we had pre-paid for it. I couldn’t remember, so we offered to pay right then and there. Oh—they couldn’t take payment! Finally they checked the records and saw that we had pre-paid. So, do we need reservations? Nope…Evening staff seemed untrained. The Welcome Pkg card...
